GOMAGOM Mirror Adhesive has been developed with state-of-the-art technology. Innovative and sustainable, its formulation is free of aggressive agents, such as solvents, acids and isocyanates, and does not harm health or the environment. Especially used in the installation, fixing and sealing of mirrors. It has a pleasant odour, does not form bubbles and does not leave stains. Due to its versatility, it can also be used in civil construction, as it adheres to various types of substrates, such as wood, glass, metal, aluminium, mirrors, stone, concrete and tiles. It is an adhesive that sets with the humidity in the air, allowing a quick, easy, clean and economical installation, replacing mechanical fasteners such as nails, brackets and screws. Typical applications: Fast fixing of mirrors on various smooth and porous substrates, such as: walls, ceramics, metals, wood, masonry, among others.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1. Check to see if the surface to be glued is level and clean, free of dust and grease, as any of these elements can affect adhesion. 2. Wipe the painted side of the mirror with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol. Wipe with a dry cloth to remove the excess. 3. Break the sealing wax with the help of the cap, then cut the applicator spout at a 45° angle, at a minimum thickness of 6mm. Screw the spout onto the tube. 4. Apply straight, vertical and equidistant threads to the back of the mirror. 5. After applying the adhesive, join the surfaces together leaving a 3 mm gap between the mirror and the wall to allow moisture to escape. 6. Make mirror positioning adjustments up to 10 minutes after bonding. Shim the mirror to allow for initial adhesion. The shims should be removed within 4 to 6 hours, depending on the dimensions of the mirror.
